Indoor Air Quality Investigations We conduct Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Investigations according to the CMHC protocol, which discourages testing unless absolutely required. CMHC is quite possibly the world leading body on IAQ issues, and their approach is to evaluate the "House as a System" to ensure that ALL relevant parts of the house are evaluated, as well as how they interconnect with each other.
We will educate you on mold and other IAQ issues and help you deal with them. We provide a written report which outlines an action plan to help you prioritize solutions based on cost and impact on IAQ.
