Providing "No Surprises Inspections" in the GTA since 1995
Value
Looking for the cheapest price? Is it wise to find a building inspector who will work for a relative few dollars less when making such an important purchase? We do not think it prudent to spend less on the inspection when the house is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. The inspection fee is a drop in the bucket - you are paying for our experience and knowledge.
With 15 years of home inspection experience, we do not compete based on price. Our added value is in our support, our total commitment to our client, our money-back guarantee and our efforts to delight every client every time out. Plus, quite simply, we are thorough and not likely to miss things.

The Same Way - Every Time!
Your inspection consists of a systematic examination of the home by a fully qualified professional inspector - a Registered Home Inspector (RHI).
We use the same methodology every time, allowing us to properly focus on the building, working from the top down on the outside and in each room. In the basement, we locate the furnace first and work from there. Basement moisture readings give an indication of any basement dampnesson the day of the inspection.
The inspection follows a two-pass system, where the inspector examines things in detail on his own, without interruptions, and records his observations in the written report. In the second pass, the client is guided around and given a detailed verbal report.
And of course every client gets access to our unparallelled after-sales support.
