We are so confident that you will find the home inspection to be of value, that we offer a money-back guarantee.
If you attend the inspection and are unhappy with our service, you will not have to pay. In this case, you must fill out a feedback form so that we can serve future clients better. You will still be eligible for customer support.
We offer residential re-sale home inspections before purchase, before even making an offer in competitive situations and as a pre-list service for vendors.
We know what the hot-button issues are and explain them fully.

Indoor Air Quality Investigations
We conduct Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Investigations according to the CMHC protocol, which discourages testing unless absolutely required. CMHC is quite possibly the world leading body on IAQ issues, and their approach is to evaluate the "House as a System" to ensure that ALL relevant parts of the house are evaluated, as well as how they interconnect with each other.
We will educate you on mold and other IAQ issues and help you deal with them. We provide a written report which outlines an action plan to help you prioritize solutions based on cost and impact on IAQ.
